Fire resistant glass
Fire resistant glass can be classified into one of two main fire resistance classes:
Class E - single-layer monolithic glasses with the property due to which they are able to maintain integrity under the direct influence of a flame for some time, they do not let the flame and combustion products through, but heat up and let through the thermal radiation of the fire;
Class EI are laminated glasses with a full protection class, they preserve integrity,
limit heat flow and temperature on their surface.
Laminated fire retadrant glass
Laminated fire-resistant glass PARAFLAM is based on the ablative principle.
Ablative fire-resistant glass is a structure of two sheets of tempered glass,
hermetically separated by a spacer, the space between the glasses is filled with
fire-resistant hydrogel. The principle of the protective action of ablative glass
is based on the cooling of the hydrogel due to the latent heat of evaporation of
the water contained in the hydrogel. The fire resistance of glass is determined
mainly by the thickness of the hydrogel layer.

Monolithic fire resistant glass
Monolithic fire-resistant glass STG is a special tempered glass with increased parameters, allowing to achieve a
tensile strength of more than 120 MPa, for which a special glass tempering furnace is used. With appropriate edge
processing, such glass can be used as a monolithic fire-resistant glass according to the criterion of integrity with
a fire resistance of 60 minutes or more.

IG units
When creating fire barriers, special types of windows are installed that are resistant to fire and high temperatures. Important characteristics for fire windows are the degree of fire resistance and the level of thermal insulation.
The manufacture of PARAFLAM glass requires high qualification workers. Therefore, the production of complex IG units with duplex and slats, non-rectangular double-glazed windows is a feasible task for our specialists
We produce fire-resistant IG units with complete fire insulation with PARAFLAM glass and facade double-glazed windows with integrity protection with STG glass
Using a special combination of multifunctional glass with fire-resistant glass,
we were able to obtain a gel-free fire-resistant IG unit with fire resistance EI-15, E-60

Marine glass
According to the customer's drawings, we produce fire-resistant glass for A-0 and A-60 class portholes. Since tempered glass is used in the port-light, the minimum possible size is 300 mm.

Tempered glass
Tempered glass is the main material used in the production of PARAFLAM glass. Therefore, we can offer this product at reasonable prices and in a short time. Glass complies with GOST 30698-2014. For glasses with a thickness of 6 and 8 mm, pendulum body impact resistanse is 1/B/1 (CM-4) accoding to EN 12600. We remind you that the minimum possible size is 300 mm.
